I've tried all of these things before and i was able to download apps from my electric current location previously as well.
I read these posts before while trying to assess my problem. My recent problems arose after the latest software update. And yes i reset my device numerous times since then.

NONE of the apps in the app store are downloading. I am still getting the same bulletin, even though I have high speed internet.
I´ve been living hither for a while, and I never before experienced problems downloading apps. In fact, soem of the apps I am tryign to recover (such as Facebook... picart etc) are apps that I downloaded at my current location, that I was able to download before this concluding update.
